HCTC 2024: A look back at connection and knowledge-sharing with our clients

At Altera Digital Health, we’re committed to excellence, both in the work we do and how we connect with our clients, who serve patients and communities around the world. This October, we were fortunate to meet with a portion of our clients in Atlanta, Georgia, to embody our values and share them with those we serve.

An Altera client, Christine Pillsbury, who works as the Director of IT at Monadnock Community Hospital, shared these thoughts on HCTC 2024, “I made some suggestions for improvements last year, and I actually saw them in one of our roundtable discussions. And I heard one of my colleagues say that was one of the valuable sessions they attended today. So, there’s value in just collaboration here, and you have the resident experts sitting at the table next to you, and I feel fortunate to be here.”

And I heard one of my colleagues say that was one of the valuable sessions they attended today. So, there’s value in just collaboration here, and you have the resident experts sitting at the table next to you, and I feel fortunate to be here.”

Meeting with our clients at HCTC helped us ensure that they are maximizing our solutions’ capabilities and, through our culture of communicating and sharing knowledge, that we are creating opportunities for them to learn best practices from one another, as well as from Altera experts. We celebrate this time together and are excited to share a high-level overview of the event for those who could not attend.

Pre-conference Session

As we kicked off HCTC, the conversation began with several discussions on the future of healthcare. A standout for our clients was our panel on AI, where Altera and KLAS joined forces to discuss the potential benefits and risks of AI in the future of healthcare technology. Further conversations included topics ranging from cybersecurity to maintaining independence, and a look back at two years of Altera and the road ahead.
